After overwhelming success at Shivner Vidya Mandir and Ummedbhai Patel schools, we endeavored to re-engage our veteran paint crew. In November 2011, we painted the cafeteria at St. Jude India ChildCare Centre (Parel) in bright, vibrant colors to bring life into the lives of young children receiving cancer treatment. Having learnt that color is a vital component of their own learning environments and experiencing the benefits of being surrounded by color, our students painted alongside volunteers to infuse color into the lives of children less fortunate than themselves.
