In December 2014, PricewaterhouseCoopers sponsored the painting of 5 classrooms at National English School (Govandi) as part of their CSR initiative. This is a school that moved our hearts. It is a collection of individual homes in a vertical slum. The management of the school acquired one room at a time and converted it into a classroom. Despite the fragmented infrastructure, the school’s faculty is doing some amazing things with the students. We were compelled to be a part of their exemplary work. In December 2015, with the help of employees at Oliver Wyman, we painted the last 2 classrooms.
